Ron graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction and a desire to make an impact on the local community. He founded Henkelman Construction, Inc. in 1993 and united his passion for building with his devotion to providing a rare commodity in the industry...trust. Ron's diligence, honesty, and integrity have formed the philosophies still upheld today by all Henkelman Construction employees. These values gained him great respect by architects, owners, subcontractors, and even competitors.
