Police Station
Historic Renovation

Date Completed: February 2007
This
project consisted of a historical renovation of the 5,400
square foot police station, which was at one time the City of
Sebring Post Office. The renovation included replacement of
windows, refinishing of the existing wood floors and the
original terrazzo floor in the lobby, etc.

Mountain Lake Estates Colony House
New Clubhouse Facility

The residents of Mountain Lake Estates can now relax in the
lap of luxury with the successful completion of this 8,600
square foot clubhouse facility. The main building
included dining areas, a commercial kitchen, restrooms, sauna
and exercise areas. The project also included two new
cabanas and a new pool. This project had an aggressive
schedule of only eight months. |

Roadhouse Grill
New Restaurant

of South Florida, Corp.
Date Completed: October 2006
This
project consisted of an 8,000 square foot building with a bar
joist and built-up roof system, exterior stucco, and a custom
wood framed porch. Custom cedar trim woodwork was included
throughout. This facility is now a popular destination for
patrons in Sebring and surrounding areas.

Lakeland Ob-Gyn
Extensive Renovation and Addition
Owner: Hartog & Duboy Properties, Inc.
Date Completed: January 2006
The Lakeland Ob-Gyn project involved an extensive renovation
of the 10,000 square foot, two-story medical facility. This
project was special because the clinic remained open for
business during the entire renovation of all offices and exam
rooms for the Lakeland Ob-Gyn staff and Central Florida
Women’s Care. This required an extraordinary
amount of coordination between the owner and contractor.

This new 5,154 square foot, high-end pediatric dental office
is an asset to the community. State-of-the-art equipment and
entertainment systems make going to the dentist a joy for even
the youngest patients. The project included masonry walls with
split face block and a truss roof system with architectural
shingles. Stunning murals on the interior ceiling added to the
value of this successful project.

Goodyear Wesley Chapel
New Facility

New 4,890 SF Goodyear Tire Center. Project includes masonry,
wood trusses. This is a 10-bay full service tire center. Ten
(10) hydraulic car hoists, lube and air lines, each with hose
reels, were installed. Building includes restrooms,
tire-storage area, waiting area with hard tile floors and tool
room. Service area concrete floor system includes specialized
colored harder to resist chipping.

2,866 SF new masonry
dental office, wood trusses with Architectural shingles.
Unique colored ground face block entry with balance of
exterior being stucco. Extensive interior millwork which was
co-designed with the owner.

SF facility was constructed for Polk &
Osceola Fire & EMS. It
consisted of
a masonry
building with pre-engineered wood
trusses and clay tile.
The sitework included concrete paving and retention ponds.

Winter Haven Radiology

This project involved the
remodel of an existing building for a new medical clinic.
It included lead lined MRI and x-ray rooms. A section of
the roof above the MRI machine was constructed so that it
could be removed in its entirety if the MRI machine needed to
be transported from the building.

6,400 SF office building – wood frame with standing seam metal roof and stucco exterior. Extensive site work and

of this two story brick building was 2,619 SF. The first
floor was designed for lease space. The second floor was
designed for Owner occupancy, including marble, tile, and
hardwood floors. Extensive wood trim and real stone window
and door lintels further accentuated the prestigious
appearance of the building.

for new and pre-owned autos. Sloped glass curtain wall
system and stainless steel canopies are just a few of the
features.

consisted of eight
treatment rooms, along with offices, a lab,
storage and sterilization rooms. Both job - specific
cabinets
and
extensive air, gas and vacuum lines
were installed.

building. An aggressive schedule and
a very tight - fitting site made this project a challenge for the Project Team. The
owner was successfully relocated from
her existing business and was able to
commence operations at her
new office ahead of schedule.

was used as a light well to

system, paging/music system,
central vacuum system and a
shaded, fenced exercise yard.
