Polk Community College
Administration Building Renovation

Community College
Date Completed: October 2005
This
project involved an extensive renovation of the Administration
Building. The 29-year-old building was expanded from 45,000
square feet to 50,055 square feet. With the exception of the
exterior walls, everything in the building is brand new,
including the upgraded technology. Nine computer kiosks are
located along the first floor hallways, which will allow
students to register or check grades.

Community College WMS Building
Renovation

This 25,000
SF renovation included new
roofing, offices for the facilities
department,
and exterior painting and landscaping.

Northeast Polk County Government Center
Extensive Renovation

April 2002
This 40,000 SF renovation was completed using the
Fast Track method to meet the aggressive ninety day deadline.
We worked with Polk County as a complete
team in attaining our goals and in resolving difficult
issues as they arose. |

Lewis Elementary
Renovation

Date Completed: January 2001
Converted existing 13,000 SF
gymnasium
and locker room into new cafeteria with
full - service kitchen. All new electrical
HVAC and plumbing systems were
installed. All new windows, door and
finishes were installed. Care was taken to
utilize and preserve the original bowstring
trusses.

Avon Park
High School
Classroom Addition & Renovation
Owner: Highlands County School Board
Date Completed:
August 2000
Our staff worked
closely with school
board personnel
and the
architect to complete
this 27,000 SF project
prior to the new school
year. We phased the
project and worked off hours to facilitate the owner's
schedule.

The entire 36,000 SF eight - building campus
of Anna
Woodbury Elementary was
renovated
on a very tight construction
schedule. The
project was substantially
completed one day
prior to the
contract deadline. The facility was
operating for the new
school year in August.

Constructed a new 4,500 SF music suite.
