This project involved the installation of a 41,906 square foot pre-engineered metal building.  The interior included a 2-story masonry office, and a wheelchair lift to meet ADA requirements.  In order to meet the owner’s requested accelerated deadline and significantly increased scope of work, we accelerated our schedule to 10-12 hour days, 7 days a week.  The project was successfully completed on time.

This project consisted of a 10,000 SF Star Metal Building with metal wall panels on 3 sides and a masonry/stucco front.  The future of this growing practice was taken into consideration during the design phase, and therefore the building was constructed so that it can expand with 2 additional 5,000 SF sections off both ends, yielding a total of 20,000 SF.  The south half of the building operates as an orthopedic office and the north section is currently leased out as a physical therapy clinic.

New Production & Warehouse Facility

This new 36,000 SF facility consists of a Star Metal Building with split face block on three sides.  The building is utilized for production and storage.  The rear of the building features three roll up doors with a loading dock ramp.

This project involved the installation of an 8,856 square foot pre-engineered metal building with split-face block on the exterior.  The interior consisted of a food prep area, a full basketball court, locker and restrooms.  The building was designed and built to meet Dade County hurricane requirements.  It was designated as a hurricane shelter, and successfully withstood three major hurricanes.
