The project was constructed on a 6.00 acre, fully develped site. Department of Transporation Right-of-Way work was required to rework medians, turn lanes, and drives.

The 36,000 square foot facility for Protel, Inc. consists of a STAR Metal Building with split-face block on three sides. The building is utilized for production and storage. The rear of the building features three roll-up doors with a loading dock ramp.
