The 1,000 square foot facility for SunTrust Bank was constructed to provide a convenient location for banking customers to complete transactions. The structure features a 3,000 square foot canopy to accomodate drive-up services.

Each floor of this two-story, brick building is 2,619 square feet. The first floor was designed for lease space. The second floor was designed for Owner occupancy, including marble tile, and hardwood floors. Extensive wood trim and real stone window and door lintels further accentuate the prestigious appearance of the building.

The 6,600 square foot, masonry facility for Goodyear Service Center is an eight (8) bay, full-service tire center. In addition to the service area, the interior of the building includes a tire storage area and a tool room. The service area includes a specialized concrete floor system to resist chipping.

The 4,890 square foot Goodyear Tire Center includes a tire storage area, waiting area and a tool room. The ten (10) bay service area features hydraulic car joits, lube and air lines with hose reels. A specialized concrete floor system was provided in the service area to resist chipping.

Boswell & Dunlap, LLP selected Henkelman Construction, Inc. to complete the extensive renovation of the historic Record Building in Bartow. The two-story building, constructed in 1922, and the adjoining building, constructed in the 1950's were updated throughout to provide an improved workspace for the thriving law firm.

The project included a complete renovation of the interior, including new electric, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler system, drywall, paint, finishes, extensive wood trim, and the installation of an elevator. Exterior work involved reworking the existing brick veneer to restore it to its original condition.

The 14,300 square foot facility consists of a new service area, sales area, and parts department, a 1,600 square foot detail shelter, and 8,500 square feet of showroom. Also included are parking areas for new and pre-owned vehicles. A sloped glass curtain wall system and stainless steel canopies are just a few of the special features included in the high-end facility.
