"It appeared from the time we began this project that we would be faced with many obstacles. We had no control over the tremendous hurricanes that came through Lakeland and caused devastation in our community. The amount of damage and need for help to the residents set our project back, but you were still able to stay on top of things... Our building was a success and was completed within a time span reasonable and acceptable."
