The 38,000 square foot Multi-Purpose Building for First Presbyterian Church of Lake Wales is a masonry structure with a brick exterior, metall truss and bar joist roof system with built-up and shingle roofs. The interior layout includes a gymnasium, a full kitchen, meeting rooms and restrooms. An elevated exercise walkway was constructed at the second floor level.
