Henkelman Construction, Inc. was selected to construct this new 4,500 square foot music suite for Babson Park Elementary. The exterior structure was budgeted three ways to determine which was the most economical construction method. This project consisted of a historical renovation of the 5,400 square foot police station, which was at one time the City of Sebring Post Office. The renovation included replacement of windows, refinishing of the existing wood floors and the original terrazzo floor in the lobby, etc.
