This 4,000 square foot facility serves as the new home of Lakeland Ob-Gyn's midwife services. Formall named Central Florida Health Care, it meets the needs of a growing list of clientele. A list that outgrew the former location it shared with Lakeland Ob-Gyn.

The 3,600 square foot, two-story dermatology clinic for Dr. Yrastorza is serving the practice well. Clients are greeted in a contemporary, welcoming reception area and rae treated in state-of-the-art exam rooms.

The Lakeland Ob-Gyn project involved an extensive renovation of the 10,000 square foot, two-story medical facility. The project was special because the clinic remained open for business during the entire renovation of all offices and exam rooms for the Lakeland Ob-Gyn staff and Central Florida Women's Care. This required an extraordinary amount of coordination between the owner and contractor.

The 5,154 square foot, high-end pediatric dental office for Dr. Yasrebi is an asset to the community. State-of-the-art equipment and entertainment systems make going to the dentist a joy for even the youngest patients. The project included masonry walls with split face block and a truss roof system with architectural shingles. Stunning murals on the interior ceiling added to the value of this successful project.

The 2,866 square foot dental office for Dr. Paul Saari features a uniquely colored ground face block entry. The interior contains extensive millwork which was co-designed with the owner.

An existing building in Winter Haven was remodeled to provide a new clinic for Winter Haven Radiology. The clinic includes lead lined MRI and X-ray rooms. A section of the roof above the MRI machine was constructed so that it could be removed in its entirety should the MRI machine ever need to be transported from the building.
