The 4,370 square foot dental office for Dr. Abbott consists of eight treatment rooms, along with offices, a lab, and storage and sterilization rooms. Job-specific cabinets and extensive air, gas and vacuum lines were installed throughout the facility.

The 4,000 square foot animal hospital for Dr. Thompson included a large waiting room/reception area, three exam rooms, a state-of-the-art surgery room, boarding areas, and a fenced exercise yard. A cupola, included in the waiting room, was used as a light well to allow natural light into the buiding. This beautiful facility is an asset to the Lakeland community.

An agressive schedule and a very tight-fitting site made this 3,000 square foot dermatology clinic for Dr. Pepine a challenge. Through great efforts on the part of the Project Team the owner was successfully relocated from her existing business and was able to commence operations at her new office ahead of schedule.

The new facility for Highland Center for Orthopaedics consists of a 10,000 square foot STAR Metal Building with metal wall panels on three sides and a masonry/stucco front. The future of this growing practice was taken into consideration during the design phase, and therefore the building was constructed so that it can expand with two additional 5,000 square foot sections off both ends, yielding a total of 20,000 square feet. The south half of the building operates as an orthopedic office and the north section is currently leased out as a physical therapy clinic.
