Dr. Yasrebi Dental Office

The 5,154 square foot, high-end pediatric dental office for Dr. Yasrebi is an asset to the community. State-of-the-art equipment and entertainment systems make going to the dentist a joy for even the youngest patients. The project included masonry walls with split face block and a truss roof system with architectural shingles. Stunning murals on the interior ceiling added to the value of this successful project.

Dr. Thompson’s Animal Hospital

The 4,000 square foot animal hospital for Dr. Thompson included a large waiting room/reception area, three exam rooms, a state-of-the-art surgery room, boarding areas, and a fenced exercise yard. A cupola, included in the waiting room, was used as a light well to allow natural light into the buiding. This beautiful facility is an asset to the Lakeland community.

Lakeland Ob-Gyn

The Lakeland Ob-Gyn project involved an extensive renovation of the 10,000 square foot, two-story medical facility. The project was special because the clinic remained open for business during the entire renovation of all offices and exam rooms for the Lakeland Ob-Gyn staff and Central Florida Women’s Care. This required an extraordinary amount of coordination between the owner and contractor.

Central Florida Health Care

This 4,000 square foot facility serves as the new home of Lakeland Ob-Gyn’s midwife services. Formall named Central Florida Health Care, it meets the needs of a growing list of clientele. A list that outgrew the former location it shared with Lakeland Ob-Gyn.

Dr. Pepine’s Adult & Pediatric Dermatology

An aggressive schedule and a very tight-fitting site made this 3,000 square foot dermatology clinic for Dr. Pepine a challenge. Through great efforts on the part of the Project Team the owner was successfully relocated from her existing business and was able to commence operations at her new office ahead of schedule.

Dr. Abbott Dental Office

The 4,370 square foot dental office for Dr. Abbott consists of eight treatment rooms, along with offices, a lab, and storage and sterilization rooms. Job-specific cabinets and extensive air, gas and vacuum lines were installed throughout the facility.
