GREG HENKELMAN
Superintendent
Greg joined the Henkelman Construction team in 2009. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years supervising projects in the tile industry. His impeccable tile work can be seen on multiple Henkelman Construction projects. Greg’s extensive construction knowledge helped him easily transition to the role of Field Superintendent on projects for owners such as Publix Super Markets.
JERRY LIEGEY
Superintendent
Jerry’s strength lies in his attention to detail. Whether it is his eye for perfecting even the smallest elements of each project or orchestrating ways to provide superior customer service, Jerry goes out of his way to make sure his clients get the product they deserve.
TOM MOXLEY
Superintendent
Tom has established excellent industry relationships in areas as far south as Naples. His versatility makes him someone who can be relied upon in time of need on any project. His ability to coordinate and schedule all subcontractors, vendors, and Henkelman Construction field personnel for multiple projects simultaneously is just one of the reasons he is considered an asset to our firm. The knowledge he gained from his degree in Construction Technology and Architectural Design and over 20 years of construction experience are why he’s an asset to our clients.
MICHAEL MCLANDSBOROUGH
Superintendent
Michael’s 30 years of construction experience in the Central Florida area have earned him an excellent reputation for providing quality projects on schedule. His hands-on approach allows him to jump in and help if the need arises in the field. He has been known to educate new subcontractors on proper techniques to ensure the finished project is up to his high standards.
JERRY SIMSIK
Superintendent
Jerry joined the Henkelman Construction team upon moving to Florida after a successful career in Texas where he was named “Superintendent of the Year” in 2010 for the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Jerry previously completed large projects for clients such as Nike, Penske, and Intel, and now with the Henkelman Construction team he is proving to be an asset leading our Health Care facility projects.
DAN HELESKI
Superintendent
Dan’s hospitable nature, extensive knowledge of construction, and aggressive approach to meeting critical milestones aid him in keeping projects on track. Dan’s impressive resume includes numerous, expansive projects completed for clients such as Walt Disney World, JW Marriott and General Mills. As one of the newest team members of the Henkelman Construction team, Dan is currently applying his skills to a high-end residential project that truly highlights his expertise.
ROBERT BOYLE
Superintendent
Rob began his career over 20 years ago as a carpenter. His work ethic and dedication to learning multiple trades propelled him to the role of Superintendent. Rob is well versed in completing both residential and commercial projects, and is now making his mark for the Henkelman Construction team as a highly valued professional on projects for clients such as Publix Super Markets and MIDFLORIDA Credit Union.
