Construction Management has become a popular choice with many of our medical, church and institutional customers. Construction Management is a contracting vehicle that allows competitive sub-bids while still enjoying the benefit of the negotiated contract. The Construction Management method of contracting is an excellent fast-track method, allowing work to commence before the plans are actually completed. Owners reap the benefits of time savings. Our Construction Management program is broken into two phases: Pre-Construction and Construction Management. The Pre-Construction Phase allows you to utilize our estimating and scheduling services during the design phase as we work toward developing the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Our construction services are the same services utilized in our Traditional and Design Build delivery methods. These services utilized in our Construction Management program run concurrently with our Pre-Construction services when we fast track your project.
