Renovations and additions to a historic home in Mountain Lake Estates, Florida. We worked together to preserve the authenticity of the home, while providing the Owner with a new and creative design.

Residence on Lake Hollingsworth

This project involved an extensive exterior renovation. New exterior doors were installed and 80% of the exterior windows replaced. Three full balconies with vaulted ceilings and handrails were installed. 70% of the exterior cedar siding was replaced, and the exterior of the house was painted. In addition, the shingle roof was removed and replaced with a metal roof system.
